Positiv ist die konsequente vegane Umsetzung und die schönen Bilder, aber großes Manko: Keine KH-Angaben + zu viele KH bei den einzelnen Gerichten. Wer in das Thema einsteigen möchte ist m.E. mit einem Bucht wie “Ketoküche für Einsteiger: Rezepte & Kraftshakes” viel besser bedient. Das sind zwar nicht nur vegetarische oder vegane Rezepte, aber es sind genügend mit dabei, so dass diese Gruppe (und ich) dabei auf seine Kosten kommt. Außerdem stehen bei allen Gerichten die kompletten Angaben mit dabei und pro Portion werden max. 5 g KH aufgenommen. Ich will hier keine Werbung machen und bekomme auch nix dafür, mir hat das Buch nur gefallen.

Ich esse doch relativ viele Käseprodukte da viele davon ein super Verhältnis von Fett und Eiweiss haben, bei der Butter bin ich bei Rohmilch Butter angelangt weder Past noch sonst was.
