Was Nudeln angeht: ich wollte vor ein Paar Jahren mal einen mega niedrigen Körperfettanteil haben mit 6-Pack. Ich habe natürlich hart trainiert, aber da habe ich gemerkt wie man die Menge, die man isst überschätzt. Ich habe früher eine halbe Packung Spaghetti(250gr. Trockenpasta) gegessen. Die Nudeln alleine hatte schon über 800kcal. Ich habe dann stattdessen nur um die 80-100gr. Trockenpasta verwendet und der Rest war Gemüse(keine Fertigsossen). Ich wog danach 67kg bei 1.77 und war mega geripped. Man muss garnicht auf Reis und Nudeln verzichten, aber sich bewusst machen wie viele Kalorien eine bestimmte Menge hat. KH machen ja garnicht dick, sondern zu viele Kalorien.
