Das heißt nämlich, dass anschließend wieder so gegessen wird wie bisher, als man noch übergewichtig war. Meiner Meinung nach macht das wenig Sinn, denn so sind schnell die mühsam abgenommenen Kilos wieder drauf. Vegan Abnehmen kann wirklich einfach sein, wenn man weiß, was zu tun ist. Ich rate jedenfalls immer zu einer vernünftigen Ernährungsumstellung, denn dadurch entsteht auch kein Jojo – Effekt. Neben dem positiven Nebeneffekt des wieder Wohlfühlens und dass man damit überflüssige Kilos zum schmelzen bringt, wirkt sich die bewusstere Ernährung zudem auch noch positiv auf die Gesundheit aus. Nicht nur ich konnte mit der Umstellung von der omnivoren auf die pflanzliche Ernährungsform gesundheitlich gute Erfahrungen machen, sondern auch mein privates Umfeld, das sich nach dem Testen meines Ernährungsplan nun größtenteils vegan ernährt.
