I am saying give up the grains, the negative effect of these foods outweighs any nutritive value they have.
14h This book does not tell you how to follow a Ketogenic diet. For that purpose I would recommend "Protein Power". Wolfrum said he and his colleagues don't want to stop people from changing their diet if that's what's necessary to reach a healthy weight, but they think it's important for people to know that "the [final] verdict on the ketogenic diet is not out yet." There's still more research to be done to fully understand the long-term effects of a high-fat, low-carb diet.
