Confesso que nesse período não fui disciplinado na dieta, tive algumas recaídas, porém não desisti e sempre corria atrás do prejuízo. Atualmente já consegui perder 20 quilos, todos meus familiares e colegas de faculdade estão impressionados com minha mudança, todos querem saber o que estou fazendo? qual o meu segredo? e minha resposta sempre é a mesma: força de vontaden determinação e dieta cetogênica. Já alcancei 40% do meu objetivo é a cada semana que vou medir meu peso e vejo aquele peso todo ido embora, me sinto realizado, porém ainda não satisfeito, continuo minha jornada, mesmo pq ainda faltam 30 quilos. Espero que meu testemunho sirva de estímulo para quem já tentou de tudo e não conseguiu bons resultados, a dica que eu deixo é perseverem, pois só depende de vc, não desista, pois eu não vou desistir, quero e vou conseguir voltar ao meu peso normal de volta. Em 2012 estava com 115kg, porem com as taxas de sangue tudo ok, o medico ate achava que era falha do exame kkk. Então, em junho 2012 comecei a academia e joguei meu peso de 115 para 96 em 7 meses, mas estacionou nesse plato e ficou assim ate o fim de 2013, tomei jack 3 d, lipo 8, e o diabo. Fiz dieta de zero carbo depois do meio dia durante 2 meses e como treinava a noite o que me segurava era o assalt, mas eu me sentia muito fraco, levantava antes 100kg no supino reto, e caiu para 40 com muito esforço. Era muito dedicado a academia, os professores falavam que eu ralava mais que aqueles marombas todos, era 2 a 3 horas todo o dia, fechando com 1 hora de aerobico, fazia esteria ate soltar a pele dos pes, é serio, e o peso não saia de 96. No fim de 2013, por razões pessoais abandonei a academia, ca entre nois, tinha uma guria me assediando, é serio. E esse negocio de que mulher gosta de um gordinho é verdade, a personal de la namorava um gordinho, mas tem de ser um gordinho ativo e não jogador de video game, minha mulher mesmo sabota todas as minhas dietas. Pois bem 134\15 comecei uma adaptação para a dieta cetogenica, nesse periodo eu lia muito sobre. Em 204\15 comecei pra valer, senti muita dor de cabeça e algumas cainbras nos primeiros dias, colocava muita agua pra dentro, mas eu estava pé atras com relação a gordura, 3 dias depois, a vontade de comer carbo sumiu, e a fome ficou mas controlada. Tenho varizes que as vezes doem demais, o medico ta ate pensando em me operar, porem as dores sumiram de vez. No dia 015\15, fiz a minha primeira pesagem pela manha em tres balanças diferentes la do trabalho, e ficou na casa dos 109 as tres. Sinto uma folga nos uniformes e uma calça que estava guardada a uns meses voltou a fechar o botão com um pouco de esforço, mas antes faltava quase uns 7 centimetros para o botao casar.
