Wirsingkohl Konjaknudeln find ich ganz ok. Obwohl ich dann doch eher Spiralgemüse aus z.B. Zucchini bevorzuge. Die schmecken besser. Denn mal ehrlich, Konjaknudeln riechen eklig und schmecken nach nichts. Aber Spiralgemüse hat schon eine eigene Grundnote im Geschmack und ist deshalb noch vielseitiger als echte Pasta meines Erachtens. Aber ich schaue auch nicht auf die Kalorien, das ist der klare Vorteil der ketogenen Ernährungsweise. Der Appetit reguliert sich von alleine. Kalorienrestriktion ist gar nicht nötig. Ich esse genügend Fett das sättigt mich. Und ich esse auch nur 1x am Tag. Abends. Und später vielleicht noch ein kleiner fettiger Snack. Für mich klappt das wunderbar. Man muss einfach die richtige Menge an KH und Protein für sich herausfinden, dann ist es einfach.

Auch wenn viele dies nicht gern hören – es ist im Rahmen einer veganen Ernährung schwieriger, seinen Bedarf sowohl an Mikro- als auch an Makronährstoffen angemessen zu decken, und die Gefahr, sich zu „zuckerlastig“ zu ernähren sollte nicht unterschätzt werden.
